At Monarch, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use or washing cannot be accepted.
Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different color (subject to availability).

If the requested exchange is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Promotional or discounted items follow the same return policy unless marked as “Final Sale.”
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@monarchhome.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Carefully repackage your items to ensure they arrive in original condition.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
